Booking

You can book through our website, by phone 0034 977 810 754 or by e-mail: info@parquemontroig.com, aswell you can visit directly our office in Urbanización Parque de Mont-roig, Avenida Costa Ibérica, E-43892 Miami Playa (Tarragona)
The quickest way is to reserve online through our web www.parquemontroig.com, you can display the exact availability of all the accommodations and your reservation will be recorded directly into our booking system.

Reservation contract: immediately after making your reservation you will receive further confirmation by e-mail.

Account payment: At the same time of registration must lodge a deposit 40% of the total amount of the booking. Payments can be made by a bank transfer or by a credit card.

Remaining payment: It will be paid by cash on arrival.

Cancellation guarantee: Hiring the cancellation insurance you can enjoy the quietness of being able to recover most of the amount paid should you have to cancel your reservation due to force majeure (layoff, serious accident, illness or death). Reservation contract: immediately after making your reservation you will receive further confirmation by e-mail.

Voucher: once we have received your account payment, you will receive via e-mail your voucher to be printed and presented at our reception to have the keys of the booked accommodation.

Booking charge: 15.00 Euro fee for reserved housing.

Groups of young people: the agency reserves the right to cancel reservations if the people renting the accommodation are a group of young people less than 21 years.

Arrival and departure days

During high season (July and August) the minimum stay is 7 days, with entry and departure on Saturday.

In low season the minimum stay is 3 days, with arrivals and departures on any day of the week.

Check-in and delivery of Keys

Keys of the booked accommodation can be taken by presenting the voucher at the reception located at:

Time of arrival: on the first booked vacation day between 16.00 and 19.00 h. (5 to 8 pm).
If you are arriving after this time, you must inform the reception staff by 19.00 h. at the latest. If we have not received prior notice of arrivals after 20.00 h. the agency cannot guarantee the safe delivery of keys. If arrival is after 21.00 h. add a supplement of 50.00 Euros. We also inform all customers that arrivals after 00.00 h. will not be admitted.

Time of departure: on the last booked vacation day between 9.00 and 10.00 h. (9 to 10 am).

Deposit: on arrival at the reception you should pay a deposit by credit card between 100.00 and 400.00 Euros (depending on the booked accommodation) The return of the deposit is made the first working day after departure once the accommodation has been inspected by our personnel provided that no damage has been caused and that the accommodation is left in the same state it was found in: the accommodation must always be cleaned before leaving, all kitchenware, crockery and cutlery must be clean, the rubbish must be taken out, the fridge and freezer must be empty and no food should be left in the property. There is the possibility of hiring the optional final cleaning service on departure: between 25.00 and 75.00 Euros depending on the type of housing that is occupied. You can check the prices on arrival at our reception-office.

Once you have paid the deposit and the remaining payment, we give you the keys of the booked accommodation and we will tell you the location of the accommodation with a plan of the area.

Prices and additional services

Advertised prices correspond to the delivery of the booked accommodation in proper condition of cleanliness, there are also including water, gas and electricity. Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption of 100 kW / week; the price per kW in excess of the maximum consumption is 0.20 Euros.

The number of people staying must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation, including children and babies. In case of exceeding the number of persons stated on the voucher, the agency may cancel the reservation.

Extra bed: 10.00 Euro per day, only with prior notification and acceptance by us.

Baby cots: 35.00 Euro/week (for children under 2 years)

Baby Highchairs: 28.00 Euro/week

Optional final cleaning service: there is the possibility of hiring the optional final cleaning service on departure between 35.00 and 150.00 Euros depending on the type of housing that is occupied. Even, there is the possibility of hiring cleaning service by hours during your stay. You can check the prices on arrival at our reception-office.

Bed-linen, table-clothing and towels are not included.
- Optional bed-linen rental: 7.00 Euro per person and change.
- Optional towels rental: 3.00 Euro per person and change.

Pets: 35.00 Euro/week, only with prior notification and our acceptance

Gas or Electric-Heating-Facilities: for rent at 3.00 Euro per day.

Internet connection: most of our homes have wireless Internet access. You can check the prices at our reception-office. For those homes that do not have wireless Internet access. There is the possibility of hiring USB modem for 6.00 Euro per day and a deposit of 50.00 Euro.

First purchase: for your convenience, we offer the optional service of first purchase. The basic pack for 40.00 Euros contains: 1 liter of milk, 1 liter of orange juice, 1.5 liters of water, white bread, cereals, coffee and filters, tea, shower gel, sugar, jam, cream cocoa, dishwasher, brush, mitt, 2 trash bags, 4 rolls toilet paper. Book it by e-mail at least one week in advance and have it ready on arrival.

Tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia: € 0,50 per person and day (for a maximum of seven days’ stay per person), except children aged sixteen or under. It will be paid in cash on arrival.

Cancellation guarantee

Hiring the cancellation insurance you can enjoy the quietness of recovering most of the amount paid should you have to cancel your reservation for the reasons specified below.

The cancellation guarantee will only be valid if it´s a writed communication to the agency (by registered letter), at least 3 working days following the event causing the cancellation and shall be accompanied by precise evidence (medical certificate, etc.)

In case of cancellation because of one of the reasons below, the cancellation insurance includes the reimbursement of 80% of the amount paid for the booking and does not include the booking fee and the cost of the cancellation guarantee. In no case does it cover any other costs related to your stay (transport, childcare, etc.)

- Serious bodily injury, serious illness that prevents movement, hospitalization or death of the holder of the reservation, his spouse, descendants or ascendants. Serious illness means an impairment of health established by a competent medical authority well, prohibiting the abandonment of the room and involving the termination of any professional or otherwise. For serious accident, bodily injury means an unintended by the victim, resulting from the sudden action of an external cause and to prevent any movement on their own.
- Redundancy of the reservation holder or his spouse provided that the notification occurs after the entry into force of the warranty.
- Damages in your main home as a result of fire, water damage, storm or natural disaster.
- Delivery of an adopted child.
- Surgical procedure undergone by the insured party, their partner or a first or second degree family member.

The cancellation guarantee ceases to have effect from the reserved day of arrival and is invalid if any of the events listed below are produced during the stay, for late arrivals or early departures.
