CANCELLATION POLICY 

The cancellation must be requested by the reservation holder by email to info@parcmontroig.com 

Reservations for apartments and holiday homes:

• Cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date: Free cancellation and refund of the deposit paid, we will only discount 15 euros as administrative costs.

• If cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee. 

Reservations for holiday villas:

• Cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date: Free cancellation and refund of the deposit paid, we will only discount 30 euros as administrative costs.

• If cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS 

It is possible to make changes in your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, notice that any change should be approved by Parc Mont-roig. Changes on your reservation must be requested by the reservation holder by email to info@parcmontroig.com. An administration fee of 25 euros will be charged for each change.

CHECK-IN AND KEYS COLLECTION 

Check-in: It is necessary to fill in the ONLINE CHECK IN and provide the details of all roommates of the accommodation up to a maximum of 3 days before the arrival date. 

Key delivery: takes place in our office in the holiday complex Parque de Mont-roig, Av. De la Costa Ibèrica 8, 43892 Miami Platja (Mont-Roig del Camp), Tarragona.

Arrival time for key collection: in the afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If you cannot arrive before 7:00 p.m., you should contact us as soon as possible in order to organize the handover of the keys via a security box with code next to the door of our office. 

Remaining payment: The remaining payment will be made on the day of arrival, in cash or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). 

Deposit: The details of a valid credit card should be left as a deposit to cover any damage that the customer may cause to the accommodation. The rental property must be left in the same condition in which it was found. 

DEPARTURE 

Departure time: From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

Key return: takes place in our office in the holiday complex Parque de Mont-roig, Av. De la Costa Ibèrica 8, 43892 Miami Platja (Mont-Roig del Camp), Tarragona.

If you are leaving before 9 a.m., you can leave the keys inside the mailbox next to the door of our office. 

DURING YOUR STAY

Rules of conduct in the accommodation: 

• The reservation holder is responsible for observing the rules of conduct for all roommates in the accommodation and for any damage caused, which should be reported to our office immediately. 

• Avoid making noises that could disturb the neighborhood, mainly during relax time. 

• The consumption of water and electricity must be rational and moderate. Close windows and doors when using air conditioning. Turn off the air conditioner when you leave home. Help us take care of the environment. 

• In both communal and private pools, you must shower before using the pool. 

• Garbage should be deposited in plastic bags in the garbage containers on the street. 

• Bicycles, trolleys or air mattresses etc. cannot be parked in corridors or common areas. 

• Watch at the opening times and rules of use for the swimming pool, facilities and communal gardens in each complex. 

• The house and community rules stated in the accommodation are binding. Failure to comply with these rules may result in non-compliance with the deposit or the eviction of the accommodation in accordance with article 39bis of Law 13/2002 of June 21, on Tourism. If the conditions of use and the general rules for coexistence and hygiene are not observed, the agency can cancel the reservation and request to leave the property. 

• Children must always be accompanied by an adult and always be under their responsibility. 

INCLUDING SERVICES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS 

- The agency Parc Mont-roig SL acts as an intermediary between the tenant and owner of the property. 

- The reservation contract relates to the accommodation as described on our website https://www.parque-montroig.com/de/ for the specified number of people (including children) 

- Included in the price: making the reserved accommodation available for use and enjoyment as a home during the reserved period, equipped for daily use and under appropriate cleaning and operating conditions, including the supply of water, gas and electricity (100 kW / week ). Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption of 100 kW / week, the price for each kW that exceeds the maximum consumption is 0.20 euros. 

- Overcrowding that exceeds the stated maximum capacity can be agreed upon prior to arrival for an additional fee, only with prior notification and acceptance on our part. If the number of people specified in the reservation contract is exceeded, the agency can cancel the reservation and request that the accommodation be vacated immediately. 

- Youth groups: Reservations for groups of young people under the age of 25 are not allowed. 

- Household linen not included (tablecloths, napkins, towels, bed linen).

Optional sheet hire for € 8 per person and change. Optional towel hire for € 4.00 per person and change. If you do not need bed linen and towels, you should inform us at least 3 days before your arrival. 

- Pets: € 5.00 surcharge per pet per day. Pets are only allowed with prior notification and acceptance on our part. 

- Cancellation or alternative by the agency: In the event of unforeseen irregularities in the reserved accommodation, the agency will manage to find a solution or, if necessary, provide equivalent replacement accommodation. In the case that the accommodation is not available due to force majeure, the agency can terminate the reservation contract and refund the customer the entire amount paid. 

- In case of defects in the reserved accommodation, the customer must report this immediately by email info@parcmontroig.com or WhatsApp 0034 657 714 545. The agency will try to resolve any incident as quickly as possible or provide equivalent replacement accommodation. The agency is not liable for subsequent complaints if the customer did not submit the defects when occupying the house or during his stay. 

The agency cannot be held responsible in the following cases: 

- Negligence or failure to provide services that are attributable to third parties.

- In case of force majeure or unforeseen setbacks.

- Robbery in the accommodation

- The agency is not responsible for the private items that the tenant leaves in the house.

- The use of swimming pools, children's playgrounds and sports facilities of any kind is the only responsibility of the user.

PARC MONT-ROIG, S.L. offers a holiday accommodation reservation service that will allow you to reserve the tourist accommodation available on our website. You can make your reservation online through our website or request your reservation by e-mail or by phone.

This document establishes the "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" that regulate the operation of this Website and the reservation of tourist accommodation through www.parcmontroig.com, as well as the contracting conditions for reservations requested by e-mail or phone.

The purpose of these "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" is, firstly, to inform users-clients about the terms and conditions of the reservation services offered and, secondly, to inform about the rights and obligations of "the parties” within the framework of the contracting processes between PARC MONT-ROIG and the client who makes the reservation (hereinafter “the Client”).

These "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" will apply without restriction or reservation to all reservations made through the Website, by e-mail or by telephone. Therefore, "the Client", when making an accommodation reservation, acknowledges being aware of these "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" prior to making the reservation, and fully and fully accepts them.

PARC MONT-ROIG reserves the right to unilaterally modify these “GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS” at any time. However, those that the Client has accepted at the time of making the Reservation will be applicable to the Reservation.

These "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" include the General Conditions of use of the Website and will be completed with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

3. Product and Service

PARC MONT-ROIG acts as a tourist accommodation company, as an intermediary in the name and on behalf of the owner of the tourist accommodation, and for the purposes of these "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" it is understood that the activity that PARC MONT-ROIG develops includes:

Rental of tourist accommodation on the Costa Dorada.

4. User access

The simple access to the Website, attributes to the user the condition of user.

The use of services offered on the website is free for users, not entailing any commission or cost of any kind in accessing the website, except in relation to the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided. by the access provider contracted by the user, who will be responsible for it.

Access through third-party applications (for example, Facebook) implies that the security of access through this route is the responsibility of said entities. Likewise, the Website declines any direct or indirect responsibility for the failure of the systems or unavailability of the website or any similar situation.

5. Rules of use of the Website

The user will be responsible for all of their published content and its veracity. PARC MONT-ROIG reserves the right to verify all user comments and/or opinions before their final publication on the Website. The user will be solely responsible for any false, inaccurate or outdated statements made and for any damages caused to PARC MONT-ROIG or third parties as a result of breach of this duty.

The responsibility for the comments, directly or indirectly published on the Website, lies solely and exclusively with the user and PARC MONT-ROIG declines any responsibility for their veracity.

By using this Website, the user accepts that most communications with PARC MONT-ROIG are electronic (email or notices posted on the Website).

For contractual purposes, the User agrees to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notifications, information and other communications that PARC MONT-ROIG sends electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing. This condition will not affect the rights recognized by law to the User.

The User can send notifications and/or communicate with PARC MONT-ROIG through the contact information provided in these Conditions and, where appropriate, through the contact spaces on the Website. Likewise, unless otherwise stipulated, PARC MONT-ROIG may contact and/or notify the User by email or at the postal address provided.

The user undertakes to make reasonable and reasoned use of the services of the Website and to comply with the "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS", reserving PARC MONT-ROIG the right to limit it if it deems it appropriate.

The Website is governed by the applicable legislation in Spain. PARC MONT-ROIG does not guarantee that the Website complies with the laws of other countries, either totally or partially. PARC MONT-ROIG declines all responsibility that may arise from said access.

It is strictly prohibited:

• Use the name of PARC MONT-ROIG for professional or lucrative purposes directly or indirectly.

• Use the PARC MONT-ROIG Website for purposes other than the rental of tourist accommodation.

• Making false or fraudulent purchases. If it could reasonably be considered that a purchase of this nature has been made, it could be canceled and the competent authorities would be informed.

• The publication of offensive content of any kind, sexist, racist, defamatory and/or contrary to current legislation in Spain and the European Union.

• Defame, abuse, harass, annoy, threaten or violate the legal rights, such as the rights of privacy or publicity, of others.

• Use the website for promotional purposes not expressly authorized by the PARC MONT-ROIG team or the dissemination of unauthorized advertising content.

• Impersonate identity, with the legal consequences that derive from it.

• Disseminate, publish or request information that promotes the performance of any illegal act in your jurisdiction, including, but not limited to: electronic fraud, SPAM, Phishing, Spoofing, Forgery and any other type of conduct that is considered an illegal act.

• Make any fraudulent use of the Website. 

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The Website is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. By way of example, but not limitation, the content, graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs and other elements that appear on the Website. Therefore, the user acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, commercialization, transformation and, in general, any form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the Website constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of PARC MONT- ROIG or the owner thereof, unless the user has obtained prior express authorization.

Any use outside PARC MONT-ROIG, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, reissue, arrangement or representation of any elements thereof is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of PARC MONT-ROIG.

The user may not modify or use said intellectual and industrial property in such a way that its disclosure is detrimental to PARC MONT-ROIG.

PARC MONT-ROIG will claim for damages arising from the improper use by third parties of its intellectual and industrial property.

PARC MONT-ROIG does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its intellectual and industrial property rights or on any other right or property related to the Website, the services or the contents.

7. Notification of violations

In the event that the user infringes intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other rights of third parties, they will be warned by PARC MONT-ROIG at the time it becomes aware of such infractions so that it ceases to publish the infringing content. In such a case, the user will be liable for such infractions.

If any person or entity considers that the contents published on the Website infringe their rights to honour, privacy, image or any other right, they may notify PARC MONT-ROIG through any of the contact channels that appear on the Website. with the subject "Infringement of rights", request its withdrawal and provide the following information:

1. Identification of the rights protected by current legislation in this regard that are considered violated,

2. identification of the content that allegedly violates the rights in question with information reasonably sufficient to allow PARC MONT-ROIG to locate said material on the Website,

3. contact information (physical or electronic address and telephone number) so that PARC MONT-ROIG can communicate with said person or entity,

4. a statement in which said person or entity affirms that the information included in the notification is truthful and accurate and that it is the owner of the rights allegedly violated or that it is authorized or authorized to act on its behalf and,

5. Copy of the D.N.I., passport or other document that proves her identity.

PARC MONT-ROIG will respond to the request and if it considers that the person or entity has justified reasons or causes to request the removal of such content, it will proceed to its immediate removal from the Website so that they are not accessible by users, not even from the cache. 

8. Formalization of the contract and reservations

The Client may formalize, at his choice, with PARC MONT-ROIG the hiring of a tourist accommodation in any of the languages ​​in which these "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" are available on the Website.

8.1 Fees

The rates are indicated in euros (€) and will be the current price at the time of making the "Reservation". "Reservation" is understood as the rental of the chosen tourist property, for a limited time, in exchange for a certain price and publicly displayed through the Website. The rates that appear on the Website may be modified by PARC MONT-ROIG at any time, being the rate that will apply to the contract the one that appears on the screen at the time of making the Reservation.

The prices will include the Value Added Tax (VAT), which may correspond and be applicable on the date of the Reservation in accordance with current regulations. Any modification of the applicable type will automatically affect the price of the services that PARC MONT-ROIG offers on the Website.

The rate corresponding to the Tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia will be automatically applied to the final amount of the Reservation, whose rate is €1.10/per person and day with VAT included, with a maximum of 7 days of stay, being exempt minors equal to or less than 16 years.

8.2 Contracting procedure (Reservations)

Below, we inform you of the steps you must follow to make a tourist accommodation reservation through the Website:

• The Client may select an accommodation among the different categories offered by PARC MONT-ROIG, on the Website.

• You must select the dates of entry and exit. Please note that the indicated departure date refers to the day you will leave the accommodation, that night is not included in your stay.

• Select the number of adults and/or children that will occupy the selected accommodation.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Client will have the possibility, prior to Contracting the services, to know in the description of the accommodation, the fundamental characteristics of the services that they wish to acquire, as well as all the information and photographs of the accommodation. that is of your interest. The products/services will comply with the requirements of the Spanish legislation in force and, therefore, PARC MONT-ROIG will not assume any responsibility in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country other than Spain.

In the final step you will be shown all the information of your reservation and the total price with taxes included and you will be able to choose the means of payment to make the reservation, bank card or bank transfer. In both cases, payment must be made for the amount indicated on the screen as a confirmation deposit, the rest of the payment will be made in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival at the accommodation.

For the payment of the confirmation deposit, if you have chosen a bank card, your card will be automatically charged for the amount indicated. If you have selected bank transfer as payment method, you must make the transfer within 3 days, otherwise, PARC MONT-ROIG reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation made. The bank details to make the bank transfer will be provided to the Client through the reservation communication email.

From the moment in which the Client confirms their Reservation by clicking on the “BOOK” icon (hereinafter, the “Reservation”), it will be considered that they have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the reservation in question and, specifically, the fact that his Reservation implies a payment obligation for him, the prices, characteristics and amounts for contracting the services requested by the Client.

Once the Reservation process has been completed and the corresponding payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email (the "Reservation confirmation email"). In that same email you will find a summary with the information of your reservation and you will be able to print a document with it.

Without prejudice to the Reservations made by the Client, PARC MONT-ROIG may at any time modify the range of services offered for contracting on the Website.

For any query regarding the contracted services or request for advice, the Client can contact the Customer Service Department: info@parcmontroig.com 

On the other hand, PARC MONT-ROIG does not assume any responsibility in case of error in the introduction of the email or non-receipt of the email confirming the Reservation. In these cases, the hiring will be definitive.

Once the reservation process has concluded, the Client will have the right to receive the paper invoice on the day of arrival at the accommodation. Likewise, the issuance of the electronic invoice will be conditioned to the prior obtaining of the express consent of the Client in the contracting process, being able to revoke it at any time, by sending an email to: pd@parcmontroig.com

8.3 Deposit

PARC MONT-ROIG reserves the right to request a deposit of €400 that must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation by credit card, in order to cover any damage that the Client may cause to the accommodation. After the departure of the Client, the verification will be made that the accommodation is returned in the same conditions in which it had been delivered and the corresponding amount will be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 24/48 hours. 

9. Payment

9.1 Payment methods

The means of payment through which the goods/services can be contracted through the Website are: bank card and bank transfer. The bank cards accepted on the PARC MONT-ROIG website are the following: Visa and MarterCard.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank, if said entity does not authorize payment, PARC MONT-ROIG will not be able to formalize any contract with the Client.

9.2 Payment methods

All Reservations must be paid for in euros, including all mandatory taxes and duties. The bank costs will be borne, where appropriate, by the Client.

9.3 Security in payment operations

In order to guarantee the security of payments made with bank cards, the Client must notify PARC MONT-ROIG of the visual cryptogram (CVV) that appears on the back of the bank card used by the Client.

Within the framework of the fight against Internet fraud, the data related to the Customer's Order may be communicated to third parties authorized by law or designated by PARC MONT-ROIG, with the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Customer, as well as the validity of the Order, the means of payment used and the expected delivery.

Once this control has been contemplated, PARC MONT-ROIG reserves the right to demand a photocopy of the Client's identity document and/or any other data related to the Client's identity. The Client has rights conferred by the personal data protection regulations as provided in the Privacy Policy.

PARC MONT-ROIG uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the payment data transmitted by the Client during transactions through the Website. As such, the Website uses a secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). 

10. Arrivals (Check-in) and departures (Check out) of the accommodation

10.1 Check-in (arrivals)

It is necessary to check-in online, through the link provided in the confirmation e-mail of the Reservation, where the personal data of all the occupants of the accommodation must be provided, within a maximum period of up to 1 day before the arrival date.

10.2 Delivery of keys

The keys of the reserved accommodation will be available to the Client in our office located at:

Key collection hours: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If your arrival is after 7:00 p.m., you should contact PARC MONT-ROIG as soon as possible, through one of the following means: By phone 977 810 754, e-mail info@parcmontroig.com or WhatsApp 657 714 545, to be able to organize the collection of keys through a security box with a code, located next to the door of our office. In this case, the Client is informed that in order to organize the collection of keys after hours, the entire contract must have been paid prior to arrival.

10.3 Check-out (departures)

The scheduled time for departure is from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Return of keys: It will be done in our office located at:

Urbanization Parque de Mont-roig, Avda. de la Costa Ibérica, 8 – 43892 Mont-Roig del Camp (Tarragona)

If you leave before 9 a.m., you can leave the keys in the mailbox located next to the door of our office.

In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible, you can contact PARC MONT-ROIG and specify the schedule. 

11. Rights and terms of withdrawal

11.1.1 Exceptions to the legal right of withdrawal

According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable when:

l) The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.

Therefore, the Client is informed that the legal right of withdrawal does not apply.

12. Cancellation policy and modifications

Despite not proceeding the right of withdrawal in the acquisition of accommodation services other than those intended for housing, in accordance with the provisions of art. 103 of the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, if you wish to cancel the reservation, you can do so through the following e-mail: info@parcmontroig.com

12.1 Cancellation of reservations for apartments and holiday homes

In the event that a cancellation is made up to 15 days before the arrival date, the full refund of the payment made as a reservation confirmation deposit will correspond, deducting only €15 for management expenses.

In the event that the cancellation occurs within less than 15 days of the arrival date, the payment made will not be refunded.

12.2 Cancellation of holiday villa reservations

In the event that a cancellation is made up to 30 days before the arrival date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the payment made as a booking confirmation deposit, deducting only €30 for management fees.

In the event that the cancellation occurs within less than 30 days of the arrival date, the payment made will not be refunded.

12.3 Reimbursement of the amount

In the event that a refund is due to the Client once the deductions indicated in the previous section have been made, PARC MONT-ROIG will pay the amount due. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in no case, the period will exceed 14 days.

12.4 Modification of the reservation

It is possible to make a modification of the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, as long as the modification is possible and approved by PARC MONT-ROIG. If the requested modification is approved, the Client is informed that a supplement of €25 will be applied for management expenses.

13. Modification or cancellation of the reservation by PARC MONT-ROIG

If it is impossible to provide the contracted service, PARC MONT-ROIG may seek an alternative to the Client whenever possible and conditions allow. In the event that no alternative to the initially contracted service can be offered or in the event that the alternative offered is not accepted by the Client, the contract will be deemed to have been terminated and PARC MONT-ROIG will proceed to reimburse the amount paid by the Client. 

14. Warranties

14.1.1 Legal guarantee of conformity

• Present the usual quality and benefits of a product/service of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product/service.

15. Services included and reservation requirements

15.1 Services included

PARC MONT-ROIG will deliver the reserved tourist accommodation, for use and enjoyment as a vacation home to the Client, for the period of time reserved, which in no case will exceed 31 days, equipped and provided with the furniture, appliances and utensils necessary for your enjoyment, everything in perfect state of cleanliness and operation, including the supply of water, gas and electricity.

15.2 Services not included

In the information offered in each accommodation of the Website, the services that are not included are indicated and can be selected as Extra Services.

15.3 Mandatory Services

The Client is informed that there are a series of services that are mandatory to contract, as indicated in the Reservation process, such as bed linen, towels and the final cleaning of the accommodation. For any questions in this regard, you can contact PARC MONT-ROIG.

15.4 Reservation Requirements

• Occupancies that exceed the indicated maximum capacity will not be admitted, except prior notification and acceptance by PARC MONT-ROIG. In case of exceeding the number of people indicated in the reservation contract, PARC MONT-ROIG may cancel the reservation and request immediate eviction from the accommodation.

• Reservations are not allowed for groups of young people, under 25 years of age, or parties.

• Pets: In the information of each lodging, it is indicated if pets are accepted or not. If you want to bring your pet, you must indicate it in the reservation process and you will have to pay a supplement of €5 per pet per day. For any questions in this regard, you can contact PARC MONT-ROIG.

16. Duties and obligations of the Client

Without prejudice to the other responsibilities established in these General Conditions of Contract, the Client is reminded that, in order to guarantee the correct development of the contracted service, the following must be taken into account:

The owner of the reservation will be responsible for compliance with the rules of behavior by all occupants and will be responsible for any damage caused, which must be reported immediately to our office.

Tourist users have the duty to:

• Comply with the conditions agreed in these "Contract Conditions".

• Pay the price of the contracted tourist services in the agreed place, form and time.

• Respect the regulations of use and the rules of each community, as well as the general rules of coexistence and hygiene, provided that they are not contrary to what is established in Law 13/2002, of June 21, on Tourism of Catalonia and the provisions that develop it.

• Respect the facilities, goods and services that PARC MONT-ROIG makes available to you.

• Respect the environmental, cultural or other values ​​of the tourist resources that they use or visit.

PARC MONT-ROIG may prevent users who fail to comply with any of the duties established in these Contract Conditions, as well as in the Community Coexistence Regulations, from staying in its accommodation.

17. Responsibility and security of your transactions

PARC MONT-ROIG guarantees the correct application of security measures and control over the processing of your personal data provided, necessary to carry out online transactions. The sole purpose of using the Client's identifier and/or password will be to verify their identity, this being required in the validation of the Reservation. The communication of the bank card number and the definitive validation of the Reservation will serve as proof of the acceptance of the aforementioned Reservation and of the enforceability of the amounts committed for the reservation made. The computer records, kept in the computer systems of PARC MONT-ROIG and its associates, will be considered proof of the communications, Order and payments made between the Parties.

19. Responsibility

19.1 Legal capacity to contract

Prior to making a Reservation, the Client declares that they have full legal capacity (over 18 years of age) to be bound by these "GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS" and, therefore, in the event that a person who does not has the legal capacity to make a Reservation of tourist accommodation on the Website, the legal guardians of said person (parents or guardians) will assume full responsibility for said Reservation and, specifically, must pay the amount thereof.

19.2 Limitation of liability

Unless otherwise provided by law, PARC MONT-ROIG will not accept any responsibility for the following losses, regardless of their origin:

• any losses that were not attributable to any breach by you;

• business losses (including lost profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, loss of goodwill, or unnecessary expenses incurred); or of
