Data Controller: PARC MONT-ROIG, S.L.
Purpose: Collection and processing of your data in order to provide you with the accommodation service, as well as to comply with the legal obligation to register travelers.
Legal Basis: The processing of your personal data is based on the execution of a contract in which you are a party. In addition, we must process your data to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the data controller, in accordance with Organic Law 4/2015 of March 30 on the Protection of Citizen Security and Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which establishes documentation and reporting obligations for individuals or legal entities engaged in hospitality activities.

The data you provide, which we process in a digital register, must be kept for a period of three years from the end of the contracted service. In any case, your personal data will be retained for as long as they are useful for the stated purpose and, in all cases, for the legally required periods and as long as necessary to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing.

Recipients: Your data will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required. In such cases, your data will be communicated to the Law Enforcement Authorities.
