Booking

Booking: The fastest way to reserve is online through our web www.parcmontroig.com, you can display the exact availability of all the accommodations and your reservation will be registered directly into our booking system.

You can book through our website www.parcmontroig.com, by phone 0034 977 810 754 or by e-mail: info@parcmontroig.com, as well you can visit directly our office in Urbanización Parque de Montroig, Avenida Costa Ibérica, E-43892 Miami Playa (Tarragona).

Reservation contract: Immediately after making your reservation you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Account payment: When making the reservation you must pay a deposit as account payment (40%) of the booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.

Voucher: Once we have received your account payment, you will receive via e-mail your voucher to be printed and presented at our reception to get the keys of the booked accommodation.

Remaining payment: The remaining payment will be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation guarantee: tHiring a cancellation insurance, you can enjoy the tranquility of being able to recover main part of the paid amount in case you have to cancel your reservation due to force majeure (layoff, serious accident, illness or death). Groups of young people: The agency reserves the right to cancel reservations if the people renting the accommodation are a group of young people under 25 years.


Check-in and delivery of Keys

For the key collection of your accomodation you must show the voucher at the reception located at: Urbanización Parque de Mont-roig, Avenida Costa Ibérica, E-43892 Miami Playa.

Days of arrival and departure

Time of arrival: First day between 16 and 19 hours (4 to 7 pm). In case of not being able to adjust to this schedule, the reception staff must be informed. For arrivals out of office hours, you should contact the reception staff and get a different way for key collection.

Time of departure: Last day day between 9 and 10 hours (9 to 10 am).

Deposit: on arrival at the reception, you should leave an authorization to deduct payment from your debit or credit card as deposit. The accommodation will be inspected by our personnel to confirm it is left in the same way of cleanliness and functioning in which it has been found and that no damage has been caused. The accommodation must always be cleaned before leaving, all kitchenware, crockery and cutlery must be clean, the rubbish must be taken out, the fridge and freezer must be empty and no food should be left inside the property. The payment authorization will be cancelled at check out of the apartment and it is returned within the terms of this agreement. There is the possibility of hiring the optional final cleaning service, paying a supplement between 35.00 and 150.00 Euros, depending on the type of accommodation.

Once the balance is paid, we will deliver you the keys of the booked accommodation and we will indicate how to get there if needed also a map will be provided.


Prices and additional services

Advertised prices correspond to the delivery of the booked accommodation in proper condition of cleanliness, including water, gas and electricity (100 kW / week).

The number of people staying must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation, including children and babies.

Extra bed: 10.00 Euro per day, need to be notified in advance and has to be accepted by the agency.

Baby cot: 35.00 Euro per reservation.

Baby chair: 10.00 Euro per reservation.

Optional final cleaning service: the accommodation must always be cleaned before leaving. There is the possibility of hiring the optional final cleaning service, paying a supplement between 35.00 and 150.00 Euros, depending on the type of accommodation. Even if you have hired the optional final cleaning service, all kitchenware, crockery and cutlery must be clean, the rubbish must be taken out, the fridge and freezer must be empty and no food should be left at the property.

Even, there is the possibility of hiring cleaning service during your stay. You can check the prices on arrival at our reception-office.

Bed-linen and towels: 10.00 Euros per person and change, includes a hand towel and a shower towel per person.

Pets: 7.00 Euro per person and change.

Optional towels rental: 3.00 Euro per person and change.

Pets: 35.00 Euro/week, need to be notified in advance and has to be accepted by the agency, so they are not allowed in all accommodations.

Internet connection: for the accommodations that do not have wireless Internet access connection (see description of each accommodation)there is the possibility of hiring a 4G modem for 6.00 Euro per day and a security deposit of 50.00 Euro.


Cancellation guarantee

Hiring the cancellation insurance, you can enjoy the quietness of recovering most of the amount paid should you have to cancel your reservation for the reasons specified below.

The cancellation guarantee will only be valid if it´s a writhed communication to the agency (by registered letter), at least 3 working days following the event causing the cancellation and shall be accompanied by precise evidence (medical certificate, etc.) In case of cancellation because of one of the reasons below, the cancellation insurance includes the reimbursement of 80% of the amount paid for the booking and does not include the booking fee and the cost of the cancellation guarantee. In no case does it cover any other costs related to your stay (transport, childcare, etc.)

  • Serious bodily injury, serious illness that prevents movement, hospitalization or death of the holder of the reservation, his spouse, descendants or ascendants. Serious illness means an impairment of health established by a competent medical authority well, prohibiting the abandonment of the room and involving the termination of any professional or otherwise. For serious accident, bodily injury means an unintended by the victim, resulting from the sudden action of an external cause and to prevent any movement on their own.
  • Redundancy of the reservation holder or his spouse provided that the notification occurs after the entry into force of the warranty.
  • Damages in your home as a result of fire, water damage, storm or natural disaster.
  • Delivery of an adopted child.
  • Surgical procedure undergone by the insured party, their partner or a first- or second-degree family member.

The cancellation guarantee finishes its effect from the reserved day of arrival and is invalid if any of the events listed below are produced during the stay, for late arrivals or early departures.
