The apartment's location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Salou, just 50 metres from the beach. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the sea and all of Salou, optional air conditioning for a supplement of €50 per week and underground parking for one car. Here you will enjoy the summer in a natural setting just 250 metres from Salou's super lively centre, with all the shops, boutiques and restaurants.
From this spectacular terrace, you will be able to enjoy one of the best views of Salou, you will only have to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over an immense Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and is composed of 3 floors
1st floor: equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with chairs and tables, and going down 3 steps we reach the living room. A spectacular living room with privileged sea views. The apartment is decorated in an Ibizan style.
The terrace has furniture for dining or eating while enjoying the sea.
First floor: we find a double room with a double bed and beautiful sea views. This bedroom has a full bathroom with a bathtub.
2nd floor: consists of 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and a full bathroom with bathtub.
Beautiful decoration in the living room in Ibizan style, sofa bed and spectacular sea views.

Fantastic flat with sea views and a few metres from the main beach of La Pineda / Salou. The Pinamar flat is a beautifully furnished penthouse flat with solarium.
Pinamar has 2 double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and spacious living-dining room. The flat is modern and tastefully decorated.
The kitchen is spacious, bright, modern and has all the utensils.
The accommodation has a large terrace overlooking the pool and access via stairs to the private solarium on the top floor. The solarium has tables, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy a fantastic family holiday.
Pinamar has a beautiful and large communal garden with swimming pool. Private parking available.
