Beautiful townhouse located next to the sea in the neighborhood of La Llosa in Cambrils. Passeig del Mar is a beautiful modern and luxurious resort located a few meters from the beach of El Dorada. A quiet, residential and family area about 1.5 km from the center of Cambrils. The vacation home Passeig del Mar is an accommodation distributed on 2 floors. On the first floor it offers 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a nice and modern kitchen with all kitchen appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, plus all utensils for the whole family. Spacious and modern living dining room with direct exit to the private garden with chairs, table. On the second floor the house offers 1 double bedroom and a complete bathroom.
About 60 m from the house is the beautiful swimming pool and the communal garden where you will surely spend much of the daily activity with the little ones of the house.
The house is located about 1.5 km from the center of Cambrils where you can enjoy the magnificent promenade with bars, terraces, restaurants and stores with a great atmosphere during the summer vacations.

Beautiful townhouse in first-line of beach in Cambrils and within walking distance of the Centre. Sun Cambrils Park is a fantastic tourist complex consisting of more than 4000 m of green areas, gardens and giant swimming pools. The House has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 double bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the other 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc. The well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils for the whole family. The dining room is spacious and has sofa bed, also has a nice terrace where you can enjoy long evenings during summer evenings. Air conditioning and parking available. Also has a decorated loft type chill-out on the third floor with 1 bed extra and output direct to the fantastic solarium with chairs, table, awnings and sun loungers where you enjoy the most of the summer holidays.
Sun Cambrils Park customer has access to all the complex services such as paddle tennis courts and basket . All a fantastic resort very complete where to enjoy with the whole family of a magnificent summer holiday.
Sun Cambrils Park is located in first-line of beach in front of the beach of Cavet, quiet and cosy. Within walking distance from the apartment you will find a water sports school, rental of sun loungers, parasols and typical "Chiringuitos" in the sand.
